Everyone took the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The eye exam was thorough, the process was smooth, and the level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. The team truly goes above and beyond to provide great service, and I appreciate how knowledgeable and patient everyone was. I highly recommend Eye Care 1 to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

She is patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect frames for my face shape and the best contacts for my sensitive eyes. Eye Care One is excellent. Lily, optician, clearly explained my contact purchase options, the tech who did my preliminary exam (sorry her name escapes me) was very kind and thorough. Dr. Schwan was wonderful as well! They have a nice selection of frames. The manager helped me pick out my current glasses and I recive lots of compliments on them. Highly recommend.

I've had very positive experiences at Eye Care 1 in Beaufort. My regular optometrist's office gave me an incorrect prescription which I used to purchase replacement lenses. Dr. Carol Schwan at Eye Care 1 gave me an eye exam and correct prescription. So, I ordered replacement lenses and a new pair of sunglasses at Eye Care 1. I was treated very professionally by all the staff. Lily & Gabe assisted me with my sunglasses purchase and fitting. They are very professional and pleasant. I'm very happy and satisfied with the service I've gotten from Eye Care 1 on all my visits.
