They’re very kind but I will say if you want to come here please know you’d have to clear 6-8 hours off your day, they are always behind and don’t prioritize vision, if you’re here for a basic eye exam I’d suggest going somewhere else
The worst place! When your surgery day arrives, there's always a problem! They always make mistakes! Between the two offices, 1911 and 1825, they change the date to another month, and when the day comes, there's still a mistake on their part! It's the worst service for seniors; I don't recommend it! They've made more than eight mistakes with appointments, and they've been canceled! Awful!!! Oh, and another thing is that calling them is another problem; they never answer the phone to confirm! If I keep going, I'll never finish… 0/10
