Eye Care Optical

Made appointment for 9 o’clock when I arrive. I arrived a little later than usual not even a 15 minute grace period. They don’t even give you. I came. They all was sitting there just open no customers in there and she still will not see. They still will not see me said I was too late for my appointment most offices give you a late policy or anything to let you know that their grace period of 15 minutes or there’s a policy this days if you’re late, they will not see you. There’s nothing steady on the door. There’s nothing stating in paper or in writing about late policies.

Been going here for years now, seems to go downhill even more everytime. The girls that work here are rude then I get rude back, if they're talking to each other which they always are, they ignore you until they're done. I don't think any of them smile at customers anyways. They must be losing customers cuz no one was in there when I was.

Some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. God forbid you have any questions and don't feel comfortable with certain exams. The SECOND you have questions they start getting an attitude and then get surprised when you get one back. Then want to blame you when they refuse to answer your questions. Seriously, I WOULD NOT go here if I were you, especially if you like not being assaulted.

We love Eye Care Optical, my daughter gets her eye exams and glasses from here. They are always very courteous, professional and on top of things. We had an issue with a broken pair of glasses and I was literally on the phone 3 minutes and she had everything put in and had them reordered. You get your glasses in a timely manner also. So glad we found this place, everyone that works there is just great! We appreciate everything they do! Thank you Eye Care Optical!
