Been here four times with extended wait times every time; always short staffed l. They don’t value your time at all. If they tell you 9:00 plan on at least 10-10:30. It seems like Betty is the only one here every time and is obviously overworked.
I had Lasik with Dr. Silverstein 15 years ago today and it was AMAZING! Completely life changing with results better than 20/20. 4 years ago I had an update on one eye as I noticed my distance starting to fade a bit. One eye tweaked brought me back to 20/20 & kept my close up vision at 20/15. I’m 49 & shouldn’t need readers for a very long time & my distance is perfect! Dr. Silverstein is fantastic & his team provides excellent customer service. They continue to exceed expectations at every follow up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Silverstein every chance I get!
My son has an appt with. Dr Gaston and has was amazing! She was patient and pleasant. She was able to help and get my son all taken care of. I will definitely call the office for her if we need assistance again. 10 out of 10!!
I am new to the area and needed to see an eye doctor to get updated prescription for lenses and make sure my diabetes hasn’t cause any damage. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. The tech understood I needed to go slow on the “is this better than this” and had absolutely no issue in going at my speed. When I saw Dr Silverstein, he was well versed in my hostory and issue so I didn’t have to repeat everything. My exam went well. I may have cataracts so I will go back in 10 days for additional testing but I am very comfortable doing so! I highly recommend this practice!
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Other staff were also professional and helpful. They take time to answer any questions you may have and clearly explains your care. The clinic is specious and always clean with an adequate amount of furnishing. My wait times usually are short, only a few minutes. I have been a patient of Silverstein Eye Center more than 25 years and is completely satisfied with my care.
