I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chon! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and professional. Dr. Chon is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to explain every part of the exam in a way that’s easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. You can tell Dr. Chon genuinely cares about patients and wants the best for their eye health and vision. The attention to detail during the exam gave me a lot of confidence in my prescription and overall care. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making the entire visit smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Chon to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and thorough eye doctor!

I scratched my eye by running into a branch on a tree while on vacation in Florida. I checked on the internet and found that Eye Care Specialist have great ratings. I made a call and got in with Dr. Chon. Dr. Chon was amazing, she thoroughly checked out my eye and found I had scratched my cornea. She prescribed the correct medication and scheduled a follow up with me to ensure that it was healing correctly. Would definitely recommend Dr. Chon for any eye issues.

I visited this office this morning and I want to thanks for the great service to Dr. Chon and her staff provide me. I had and stuck contact lens in my left eye and she quickly solved the problem. Thank you for you service and I recommend this office to everyone who want a good service

Wonderful experience! The providers and staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Chon was incredibly thorough and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. Lucy was so kind and welcoming—she made me feel comfortable and even got me to laugh a few times. It made the whole visit much more pleasant. I felt well cared for from start to finish—highly recommend this eye care center!
