I’m so grateful I was referred to Dr. Jackson and his team! I was honestly pretty nervous about having my procedure done, but they made me feel so comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Dr. Jackson was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and that meant so much to me. I’m very thankful for the care I received and would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and his team!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Jackson’s since he took over Dr Robinson’s practice when Dr Robinson moved to California. I have nothing but high praise for Dr Jackson and his high quality care of my eye care. The office staff has been nothing but professional and very easy to work with. I don’t want to ever have to go anywhere else for my eye care needs. I will be a patient for life, as long as this clinic continues to welcome me as a eye care patient.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience here. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The wrong insurance was run at first and they were very helpful and quick to re-run for the correct one. They were also able to get my son an appointment last minute before he moved. This is definitely my new eye doctor!

Waiting time was longer than expected. When doc and his assistant, Tina came in things move along quickly. The person who took my information was not overly concerned. I had to ask her name and I introduced myself. All she did was confirm my DOB, never mentioned or asked my name. Maybe she could do with some patient interaction training.

Took my granddaughter for an appointment. Staff not very friendly for the most part. When it came time to check out they gave me the glasses prescription. I asked them do we look at glasses here (which they had a very small selection) she said she would have to call and find out how much the insurance covers. After a bit she came back with a piece of paper that had the name and number of a location on the NW side of town that said they could help us. I did overhear a conversation between the staff that someone said just tell them we don’t cover that part anymore because it’s a hassle. So I had to drive to Rockwell and Hefner to get her glasses and they were super helpful and friendly. Will definitely not be going back there.
