I won’t go into on all the why’s, but I went into Visionworks with a pair of glasses that were basically unusable, and that couldn’t really do without. In less than 30 minutes I left with my lenses in a great new frame. Even though they didn’t carry the brand of frame I had, they searched until they found a perfect match for my lenses. With my VSP insurance it didn’t cost any more than I would have expected to pay for a repair. I could not have asked for better service!

The staff is so nice. I ordered new glasses & they gave me 40% off. When I got home I found a 60% off coupon & they refunded me the extra $ I love my new glasses & they have lots of frames to choose from. I’m very happy with their prices.

A’Myah was so incredibly helpful today. I came in looking for a pair of glasses, but I have a fairly specific set of needs when it comes to frames and lenses, so I’ve been dreading getting a new pair. She gave me space to browse, walked me through exactly what my insurance would cover, and helped me walk out with an order for new glasses. I was impressed with the frame selection and customer service, and I’ll definitely come back when I need new ones.

TWO STARS: I purchased a pair of frames back in early March to gave to my optometrist to have the lenses installed. The frames broke when they attempted to put the lenses in. Therefore, I had to purchase a second set. Hopefully they will not break this time. FIVE STARS: The lady at the store was very helpful in getting my second pair of frames ordered.

The sales associate was helpful while I selected a frame but wasn’t pushy. The measurement and checkout process was very quick. It was a very pleasant experience.
