Dr Mackie is awesome and made me feel really included during the procedure in figuring out my prescription and he is super knowledgeable and explains things really well. And the ladies who helped me pick out my glasses were super sweet as well. And the assistant who did my initial procedures. I wish I remembered everyone’s names! The whole office is warm and welcoming. I definitely recommend.

I had an eye exam because I needed new contact lenses. The doctor was good - no complaints. The problem started after I ordered new contacts. The doctor ordered some trial lenses which I received. After wearing them for a couple days I decided they were a good fit and I contacted the office to place an order. The girl on the phone took my order and all seemed fine. After about two weeks I called to find out what the status was as it typically does not take very long to receive contacts. I was told it was just taking a while and the lenses should be in soon. Another two weeks goes by and still no lenses. I called again and was transferred to someone's phone where I had to leave a message. I left a message with my details and no return call so I called again the next day. SAme deal. Left another message. I finally received a return call the following day and was told it looks like an order was never placed for my lenses. UNBELIEVABLE!!! A month has gone by and clearly, the person who was supposed to have ordered the lenses did not do so, and the person who took the follow-up call did not check to see whether the lenses were actually ordered. This is probably the worst customer service I have received in a long time. I asked to have a copy of the prescription sent to me so I could order the lenses on my own and of course, they can't email the prescription. They could fax (seriously....who faxes anymore??), or snail mail. And the office has to send the mail request to another office to have it sent out. I can see where this is going. It will be a miracle if I actually receive the prescription sometime in this decade. Can you say FRUSTRATED!!!!!

I've been going to the Eye Center for 2 years now. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Charbonneau was thorough, kind, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend if you're looking for an Eye Clinic.

Everything was perfect. We had used the same eye doctor for about thirty years in New York. When we moved to Florida,we needed to find a new eye dr. Eye Center took our Davis Vision insurance. We are very happy with the friendly reception we received at our appointment. The entire process was very efficient. Every step was explained. We really liked Dr.Charbonneau. We felt she was very thorough,explained everything ,and eager to answer questions or concerns we had. We feel the experience at Eye Center was a very positive one.Thank you!

The eye center was able to see me same day for my issue . The staff was friendly courteous and helpful in setting up my appointment. The doctors I found to be knowledgeable and professional they were a huge help in identifying and fixing my issue.
