I would rather spend a lot more money and take my sick children to urgent care than to go to your facility. It takes forever to make an appointment by calling. I called 5 times and nothing. The new answering process is horrible. Every time we come, it’s over 30-45 min wait to be seen and even more to see the doctor. Some people are nice and friendly and some aren’t as much. I’m almost scared to take my child to your clinic because of the wait and feelings I get being there. I feel like I’m not supposed to take my child unless they are hospital ill, like I’m an inconvenience to you. I will be finding a new place soon for my family and my littles but this is the closest place and most convenient spot that’s why I have stayed. Losing our old dr Strum was absolutely heartbreaking and has changed everything for us.

During my daughter’s most recent visit, I had a very concerning experience with the pediatrician Jasmin Jordan. While my child was visibly sick and already uncomfortable, I felt repeatedly pressured to proceed with vaccinations that day despite expressing that I was not comfortable doing so. I’ve always vaccinated one at a time. The interaction felt argumentative, and I did not feel my concerns as a parent were being heard or respected. At one point, the tone of the conversation made me feel like I did not have control over decisions regarding my child’s care. Because of this, I chose to end the appointment and leave. For comparison, my prior experiences within this same practice with another provider (Dr. Strum) were respectful and collaborative, which made this interaction stand out even more. I am sharing this because I believe patients and parents should feel heard, respected, and supported in medical decision-making. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this pediatrician.
The new Doctor Maskey needs some mentoring from a senior physician. She wants you to come back to see her for every little thing, apparently just to squeeze more money out of you. Denying prescriptions which had never been a problem before. I’m not talking about excessive requests. Single minimal prescription requests declined until I come in (again) to see her. Ridiculous.
The location itself is nice and the building is always clean and maintained when I visit with my child. However, staffing is hit or miss. I've never had a problem with the nurses. Neta Strum was a great pediatrician, and I'm upset she left. Her replacement, Jasmine Jordan, is a provider who in my experience, walks in and walks out. No conversating or building rapport with patients or parents. She does her job, and does it well, but there is not connection, so I don't see a reason to find myself attached to the facility. The front desk staff is mostly where my opinion varies day by day. Some days checking in goes smoothly, and other days it's a disaster. My child's last appointment ended with me having to reschedule because their staff could not figure out an issue on their side of the system. Although my child was an established patient, they fought with the issue until there was no more time for our appointment and we ended up having to change the date. All in all, we decided to change facilities because there is nothing noteworthy of the place to continue being patient.
This medical facility is absolutely beautiful and it's just incredible. The staff is absolutely flawless the doctors are the best they really care about you I highly recommend this place this is my main facility and my doctors main office today was the first time I went to the main office and met my new physician. I am highly satisfied with this place that professionalism is top of the line and I highly recommend this for anyone even my children if they were young they would be coming here. Like I said absolutely outstanding coming here took my breath away I never seen a medical facility so beautiful
