Excellent care and makes it a comfortable experience. Listens to my concerns and answers my questions so I understand it. My treatment for my glaucoma is going very well. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
Teresa in the glasses lab was FANTASTIC! She was so nice, kind, and she understood my needs, and dislikes when picking out new frames. I was happy she was also the tech that seated my new frames and she also understood my adjustment concerns and needs! :) Dr. Elise is also FANTASTIC! She is also very understanding with my eyesight needs and listens to my concerns and comfortability :)
Got chemicals in my eye and was rushed to the emergency room. After being seen and treated there I was told to see an eye dr immediately the following day. I called 15-20 places and even though they was booked all day they squeezed me in and everyone from the receptionist to DrEmily J Jennings was amazing and made sure I was completely comfortable and was honestly the best experience I’ve had going to a drs office. I would recommend this place and Dr Emily to anyone, and I’ll never see another eye dr as long as they’re open. Everyone there was amazing and the whole place had positive vibes! Whoever got that staff together couldn’t have done a better job.
Everyone is always so friendly and professional here. Dr Jennings is awesome!😊 She’s been our eye doctor for several years now and we just love her! She’s always very sweet and friendly and she knows what she’s doing! I had a bad Stye on my eyelid recently. I got in quickly and Dr Jennings prescribed the medication I needed. A few years ago I recommended Dr Jennings to one of my Best Friends and she wound up diagnosing her daughter with an autoimmune disease that their doctor hadn’t even caught! I highly recommend the Connersville Whitewater Eye Center!😊
