They got us in very quickly for an urgent eye issue. Didn’t even have to wait once we arrived. They provide great annual visits as well. Dr. Brown is great with our daughter.
Everyone in the office is very pleasant and professional. My exam was very good. Also I would like to wish Dr. Brown a very Happy birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈
Love this eye doctor & office staff. Always willing to help me find the best appointment time and day for me, always compassionate, they listen when I express concerns, they remember me every time I come in by name, they are the biggest help with picking out glasses, and alert me as soon as they are in. Dr. Brown is so nice & patient. I will not be going anywhere else!
I have been going to this eye doctor my entire life. Now in my adult years I continued to go here because they have been great, until now. I was due for my yearly exam/contacts/glasses. I have pretty good insurance and have never payed a copay more than $10. I went in to this appointment not expecting to pay for anything besides the remainder of my glasses/$10 copay. At the end they were calculating everything and ask me if I was prepared to pay $146. $100 of that being for my eye exam. This didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t have the funds on me to pay that very moment because this has never happened. Instead of being understanding, I was harassed by 2 different women about paying my balance that very second. They continued to ask “You can’t pay this right now?” “Can someone else come pay it for you?” “You have to come pay by the end of the week”. Making a scene in the middle of the office. It was humiliating. I’m very disappointed in how this situation was handled and will not be returning. Also left me confused how my exam went from $10-$100
Was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't have to wait but a few minutes. I would recommend Midwest Eye Consultants.
