Hi there, how are you doing today? I’m Robert Canastro. I want to tell you the doctor what’s his name Safi Safi is a superb doctor. He took care of me. I saw 10 doctors over a period of 10 years and was told everything you could possibly imagine was wrong with my eye, but none of them were right. Dr Safi looked at it and said oh you got pieces of metal in your eye, how could anybody miss that well I wanna tell you something he cured eye pain that I had for 10 years it got so bad. I was on my way to the emergency room and I stopped in here and saw him instead and he cured me. I can only tell you that I can. He’s got a good sense of humor. The nurses here are fun. They’re great. They have a good sense of humor too. They’d have to with me. Let me tell you anyway thank you doctor and thank you staff and nurses and you know all that stuff you guys are great thank you very much for taking care of me!

I had a great experience at Eye Center of Hawaii. Scheduling was really easy and the whole staff is great, from the front desk to the technicians and opticians. Dr. Kashiwa is amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone. Monica in the optical department was so helpful too. She answered all my questions and helped me pick through their great frame selection. I absolutely love my new glasses.

I cannot recommend this eye center enough ! I visit as a caretaker for a patient, and the level of service we received was outstanding. Specifically, Brea went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She was patient, professional and took the time to ensure all our questions were answered. Everyone was kind and efficient. Thank you for making our visits so positive!

I’ve been a patient at the Eye Center of Hawaii in Lihue for over two years now, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The office is nice and comfortable and very welcoming. The entire team is so amazing and incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. I’ve had multiple eye issues related to complications from diabetes, and they’ve consistently taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I feel comfortable with my eye care. What really stands out is how compassionate and patient they are. Managing ongoing eye concerns can be stressful, but they always make me feel supported and in good hands. On top of that, they’ve been very accommodating in fitting me in whenever I have issues or needed to reschedule my appointments, which I truly appreciate. A big mahalo to Monica for being so awesome and keeping everything running smoothly and to Dr Safi for the excellent care. I’m so grateful to have such a consistent dedicated and understanding eye care team. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, thorough, compassionate, and reliable eye care. This is definitely the place!
