What amazing staff. Daziah was especially patient and kind with me as I am kind of a lot when I’m anxious. Also Alex was very informative and helpful and the eye doctor was amazing. I didn’t make note of his name unfortunately but I really liked him a lot and look forward to return to continue my eye help journey. I’m in good hands. Thank you to all staff that assisted me yesterday. Xxx
Prep work took time; but everyone was friendly and professional. I arrived early and the prep-work started before my official appointment time and final laser procedure was quick. My vision improved during the commute home.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the front desk to check out. The doctor explained everything well and I was given my options to think about. The surgeries were scheduled before I left the office. They have a great system in place. Keep up the good work!
Taking a total of 3hrs at my appointment and seeing the lobby clear out 3 times was very disappointing/frustrating before I was seen by the doctor. The doctor was very good at explaining. Unfortunately due to lack of time management by his staff gave his visit a poor rating. Once I was finally called back by Alex he apologized for the confusion and wait. He told me the office manager was aware but She NEVER came to address the issue. Everyone was ready to go to lunch and my appointment ran into their lunch time. Not because of me q because I was there 30 minutes before my appointment and completed all the forms online. The 30 minutes early is not counted in my 3hrs there either. Not sure if I will be back in 1 year to waste 3 hrs of my life for them to tell me everything is normal and proudly take my $275.
Dr. Nicholas Bell is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand how the eyes should work and what was going on with my eyes. The staff and entire office system is very efficient, professional and friendly. I am very impressed and appreciative and I certainly trust my eyes to these guys.
