Everyone that helped me was great. So helpful. They helped me get the right fit for new frames. They Gave me the one that we all agreed was the right frame for me. I wanted heavier frames so when I fall asleep with them, and when I wake up, I am laying on them or they are on floor . I needed extra strength to withstand my sleeping habits.
Eye doctors and eye stores are a dime a dozen. Eye Doctors like Kirsten Crenshaw and the crew at Eye Trends in Conroe are hard to find nowadays. Everyone was friendly, making me feel like good friends. They were all knowledgeable and very thorough at their jobs. My eye doctor, Kirsten Crenshaw, is the best eye doctor in all my 59 years. Nobody has ever examined my eyeballs in such a caring and understanding way, like I'm a real good friend. I'm very confident in my prescription. The lady who helped me pick out my frames and the type of lenses that I needed was incredible. She was very considerate, kind, and caring. The best experience of my life. Her judgments were right on accurate. I can't wait for these glasses. I have no doubts, and I am very confident. I'm going to look really good. Very confident, I'm going to have the best vision ever.
I have been using this location since I was 13 years old. I'm now 37. The office staff and doctor's never disappoint. Whether I was getting contacts or glasses. I always leave here knowing my eye care is in great hands! Thank you for putting patient care at the front of your services!
Eye have been going to Eye Trends in Conroe, TX for over 25 years. Monica and her staff are outstanding and AWAYS willing to help out with any eye needs I have. Today was no exception I had Marissa help me today with my pre exam things and she is very knowledgeable, professional and personal providing you the best care possible . Dr Chang listens to any issues I had with my eyes in the past year and corrected my them. Go in there and tell them Marvin sent you. We are all family at Eye Trends in Conroe and don’t forget to tell Monica HI.
Eye Trends is the place to go. Friendly & experience ppl. Put lenses into your existing frames which helps me a lot as I have developed an allergy to whatever they are putting on the new frames. Will update later when my glasses are finished but after my last fiasco with a dr who couldn't even prescribe an astigmatism they were wonderful.
