Eye Centers Of Louisville

Had a rupture in my eye. Each time, they monitored, they said 'Getting better.' I saw no difference. Then the Billing... what a horror story. They said $100 if no insurance. Then I get a bill for added non covered items. Not discussed at time I paid for service...I get a bill in the mail. I live 2 hrs from center and am not putting my private info in mail to be stolen. So, I show up for next apt. Pay that extra, and they 'forget to charge me for current apt.' So here we go again... a new bill shows up... $112. If they can't handle the billing correctly, I don't want them handling my medical. Your house is not in order.

The lady at the desk was new and was VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet to my mom and I!! Very good service ♥️

Had an appointment scheduled, but still waited far too long to be seen. What’s the point of making an appointment if they don’t respect your time? The delay was excessive, and there was little communication or explanation. Very frustrating experience.

I had eye surgery with the Louisville, KY office in March of 2024. I can honestly say worst experience ever! 1. The wait time was terrible! 2. The Dr was not friendly at all. She spent as little time with me as possible. Made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was cold, icy and inconsiderate. 3. I was quoted a price, told I would pay up front. I did pay $7,000 for the surgery thinking all done. No! I continue to get bill after bill after bill. I have paid more than double that and still asking for $3,000. I had freaking eyelid surgery! 4. It’s a year later my hooded eyelids are back!! Do NOT get involved with these people. Wasted my time and a whole lot of money!!
