Me and the wife had appointments this past saturday and had to walk out.lady at the counter argued that VSP vision insurance was only a discount and not insurance. The insurance i have for safety glasses is United healthcare vision plan only which do not have members card for vision only and she argued about that. Me and the wife both verified with our insurance company's they said Vision first was completely wrong.so I would not recommend if they cant get the paperwork right the services are probably wrong also.

VisionFirst has great service, great selection of glasses, and their staff is so helpful and courteous. Special thank you to Jenny Grey that helped with the selection of my new glasses. This is the place to go when you want individualized care with excellent service. This place is not a wild circus or zoo like other Vision businesses in town. VisionFirst should be your first choice for your eye care needs!

I had a great experience at Vision First with Dr. Black. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the staff was prompt and welcoming. My wait time was less than five minutes before pretesting with a technician, and then only about another five minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Black was very thorough in explaining every detail of my exam, and the whole visit felt relaxed and comfortable—like talking with a friend. Kind, courteous, and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Really amazing staff! It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had an eye doctor. Everyone was very kind, a great environment and just a great group of people!

Staff was very friendly and professional. My appointment time was right on schedule. I was a little scared about the procedure I was having and they made me feel very comfortable. (They were right, it went sooo much better than I had anticipated). I would absolutely recommend them again.
