My recent appointment was a complete disappointment. Aside from a very polite receptionist, the staff acted as if my presence there was an inconvenience. The doctor arrived 30+ minutes after I had arrived for my appointment. When asked questions, I was meant with annoyed tones and unhelpful responses. I have been attending here for years with no issues, but this appointment has me looking for a new eye doctor. Do better Eye Centers.

My husband went to Eye Centers of Tennessee in McMinnville for an eye exam last year. After his exam the doctor told home he would need to come back for a special test because he's diabetic. I didn't call for an appointment right away, but when I did, the receptionist (I didn't get her name) was too busy to schedule an exam and to call back. I called back a few weeks later and this time the person that answered the phone seemed confused about what test my husband needed. Anyway, she told me to call back. At that point we decided to find a new eye doctor. We found a very good doctor that examed his eyes and then sent him to a surgeon for cataracts. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our new doctor. Doctors should realize they are offering a service and if that service is not good, then I move on to a place that will provide good service.
Great place good prices on glasses very very nice people and my glasses came quick and perfect even got to use my most cherished frames !
My primary care doc sent.me.there for diabetic eye checkup. They were very through and professinal. Above all they seemed to care about my budgets...time and money. Insurance wont let me get my lens until August 13th which was 3 weeks away. But this palce is awesome! So happy I was referred there!
I called this morning when the opened at 7:30 a.m. with debris in my eye. They had a full day scheduled but still worked me in by about 8:30. Very good good people, they got me taken care of quickly and did a great job.
