I had the BEST experience with Dr. Stephen’s this morning. She was very in depth & informative. Personally, I thought my eyes had gotten so bad in a little over a year however, she explained that I had been prescribed the wrong strength of contacts. The strength difference was a significant difference….I was speechless after the new contacts….A special thanks to her & her staff, I can see much better already.

The worse customer service I have ever had in my life. The fat blond and the old brunette where on their phone when we walked in. No one else was in the store. When we got their attention the blond was agitated that we interrupted her person time and was short with us. She flat out told us we did not know what we where talking about until we had proof then she was mad that we knew what we where talking about and sujusted we go to go somewhere else and get what we needed. Management was standing there and did nothing. We will not ever go back here. Go to murfreesboro they are more helpful for personable and not rude.

Extremely rude staff. Will argue with you over the accuracy of your prescription. I tried desperately to tell them something was wrong, but got rudely disregarded. The lady Tammy is nice, but the rest of the staff really needs to be replaced.
