I'm a cash customer who paid $950 for a pair of glasses here less than 2 years ago. The lenses are peeling apart to the point I can't even use them any more. Avoid this place if at all possible.
Got the prescription WAY off, had a trainee do the exam with no double check, wanted to charge over a thousand dollars for glasses that cost less than 500 at the Walmart eye doctor. Steer clear of this jip joint, they will mess you up.
I am new to glasses and such but my son needs them. They NEVER called us to tell us when his glasses came in (we waited over 2 months). About 6 months in and they break. We returned them and were told they will call when the new pair came in...they NEVER called us. The staff preferred to stand around and talk to each other instead of helping people. I do NOT recommend using the Sparta office.
I was extremely impressed with these folks! Great doctor and staff with a bedside manner other doctors could take a lesson from. Great eye exam experience and absolutely love my new glasses. These people are very knowledgeable and have a great attitude to boot. The best!
We recently moved to the area and I needed a new optometrist. Today was my first visit at the office. I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome by the entire staff. The Dr was very friendly and genuinely cared about my concerns. Office was very clean and staff was polite as well as professional. Very pleased with this facility. Highly recommend.
