Everyone here is phenomenal! I’ve been seeing Dr. Smith for years and he is so kind and makes an effort to get to know me more each time I come. Jenny was so kind and quick with checking me in today, and Abby was great at helping with exams and so nice to chat with. Definitely recommend!
I had my first visit here last night & every bit of it was excellent! I just had a routine exam for contacts & glasses, but I never felt like the staff was rushing and they took their time to make sure things were done well & right. Dr. Smith gave me much more thorough information about my eyes than I’ve received from other providers, so I left confident that my prescriptions were just right. Paige & Tracy were such angels when it came time to pick frames. They were honest & so helpful to point out things I wouldn’t have thought of. I ended up with the cutest frames at a price I was comfortable with! I’m so glad to have finally found an eye doctor that I want to return to!
We have such a great experience every time we come here and have been coming for 20+ years. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. PJ and Shaina were especially wonderful—they were both so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. The clinic itself was clean, professional, and well-organized, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. We’re really grateful for the excellent service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience! Ruthie was so sweet and helpful at the front desk. Savannah was quick and thorough with my eye test and walking me through each step. Dr. Smith was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns and walking me through the best treatment plan for my eyes. This was my first ever eye exam they made the whole experience every pleasant. I love the whole aesthetics of the office and how nice everyone was in the office.
Ruthie, Abby, and Tuscany were so helpful with our appointments today. Everything was efficient, quick and easy. We love this office and Dr. Lewis has been a favorite doctor of our family for 20+ years. Dr. Smith is fantastic too.
