Utah Valley Eye Center

I saw Dr Bird for a regular yearly eye exam. He was very warm, friendly and kind and put me at ease. He was able to explain potentially concerning information I was given by a previous provider from a different office regarding the health of my eyes and really put me at ease. I feel confident in his knowledge and expertise and felt very comfortable with his care. The staff at this office were all really great, I didn’t wait long for them bring me back and I didn’t have to wait too long for Dr Bird to come into the room either. Overall really pleasant visit. Would highly recommend this office and Dr Bird.

We absolutely love this eye doctor! He is fantastic with my kids and has a way of making them feel comfortable, heard, and at ease. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. I really appreciate how thoroughly he explains everything and how much time he takes to make sure we understand what’s going on. He is wonderful with kids and truly goes above and beyond to make sure they have a positive experience. I have complete confidence in his care and would highly recommend him to any parent looking for an excellent eye doctor for their children!

Our son had an accident and injured his eye while in Provo visiting family. The staff got us right in with Dr. Gardiner. Everyone was gentle and thoughtful as they provided thorough professional care. We loved Dr. Gardiner’s calm, reassuring way of communicating urgency. He got us right in with Dr. Cook’s office for further evaluation. Michelle at Dr. Cooks office explained everything so well and really went the extra mile to make sure we got the care we needed. Everyone was amazing! We are so glad we found Utah Valley Eye Center. 10/10 recommend them!

The team @ Utah Eye Center is like a well oiled machine. I felt well taken care every step of the way. Plus, Dr Christiansen is a delight to work with and very thorough.

I had been to the ER with sudden onset double vision. They determined it wasn't a brain issue, so we then needed to determine if the issue was with my eyes the clinic got me in quickly. The Dr. Determined that there was nothing immediately discernable that was wrong with my eye. He was very friendly and reassuring. We scheduled a follow up visit, but I eventually cancelled it, as I have had no further issues. Would highly recommend this Dr., just for his bedside manner alone. The staff were all professional and courteous as well. I'll be returning to the Dr. For routine visits in the future, since I still need glasses or contacts for lifetime poor vision. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
