Absolutely wowed by the quick and reliable service here. I had a pair of vintage non-prescription sunglasses with a shattered lens (made of real glass — a relic!) and thought I would have to go through an expensive mail-in service to replace the lenses. Instead, I was able to pop in, consult with friendly Abby about lens removal and replacement, and had the sunglasses back and good as new in under an hour at an unbeatable price. While the lenses are no longer real glass, I’ll rest assured that the next time they fall to the ground, they won’t shatter! abby and devin are absolute delights, uber patient and extremely knowledgeable! cool people sporting, unsurprisingly, very stylish glasses themselves :] while i've seen dr. lo less frequently than the aforementioned two, he's incredibly lovely and my appointments with him have always gone without a hitch. if your insurance is in-network with ECoS, you're in very good hands here!!

During my visit for my eye exam at the Eye Clinics of Seattle at the Roosevelt location, I saw Dr. Stephanie Michalko. She was very professional and courteous. After I was provided with my new eyeglass prescription, I had a few style frames and lenses in mind for my new glasses. Eric, the Optical Manager, was very helpful and showed me several frames and lenses. At the time, the frames I was interested in only came in one color. Eric worked with me to find the color combination I was looking for and special-ordered them for me. During this process, Eric was very polite and provided me with great service. All staff members are all very friendly. I highly recommend the Eye Clinics of Seattle Roosevelt.

Eric, the optical manager, provides stellar customer service. Fast, knowledgeable, and does everything he can to make the experience smooth and easy without our needing to ask. I highly recommend going to him if you're looking to buy glasses covered by insurance. My son got his Stellest myopia control glasses here and loves them.

I had my first experience with this shop last week and thank heavens I did. They caught a detaching retina that other eye doctors had not seen/noticed at all in the past. They immediately helped me get 2 referrals so I was able to see 2 specialists and get in for surgery. If I hadn't seen the doctor here (Dr Machelko), I maybe would never have learned of my retina slowly detaching and may have just ended up losing vision one day (very scary). They are very very good - you can trust them.
