Eye Contact

Great experience, very first time but Dr.mobley is very experience and very polite.eye contact is very clean and friendly place for your eye check up.Some people may have bad experience in past but i would recommend to anybody. One thing i liked the most that they didn't pressure me to buy lenses or frame. Dr.mobley took his time to explain what's going on with my eyes and explain me to take care of my eyes because of prediabatic and age. Thank to the staff and Dr.Mobley.

I went in today to check out some frames and order a pair of eyeglasses. I was greeted by a young man who directed me to Latoya the chief optician. I sat down with Latoya and she was engrossed in something on her computer and seemed to be bothered that I was taking up her time. I told her I would like to see a few frames she might suggest that would look ok on my face. She put a few glasses on a tray, set them in front of me and really had nothing else to say. I went through the ones she chose, there was no dialogue of any sort. So I politely said I would just come back later. Neither of them really made any attempt to help me or encourage me to try anything. I left quietly and will not be back. If those were my employees I would have let them both go immediately. A sad commentary for customer service.

Great service from start to finish, Latoya was very polite and knowledgeable, kind from the 1st time I walked in the office, this is our now permanent new office The Dr and staff amazing my Dad will be scheduling soon✨️🌹🙏

Switched last year from a place down the road. Had a great experience! No waiting, warm and welcoming office, and great frames (I get lots of compliments). Whole staff is friendly, LaToya does a great job of finding the right frame, Dr’s are kind. Moved both kids over last month and my husband will be next!

Latoya was WONDERFUL to work with! She had knowledge about children's frames and a HUGE variety of options for us to choose from. With a special needs kiddo it can be really difficult to accommodate frames for him and she had multiple choices and a smile to go with it! Highly recommend!
