I had such a great experience at this optometrist’s office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very welcoming and kind. Doctor Mital Patel was just as wonderful—polite, patient, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout my exam. I especially want to highlight Michael, the glasses stylist, who helped me choose my glasses. As someone who’s more introverted, he made the process feel easy and even fun. We spent about an hour going back and forth on frame styles, comfort, colors, and details I wouldn’t have thought about on my own. He was honest, knowledgeable, and not afraid to give his opinion, which I really appreciated. I personally value someone who’s upfront and helps guide you toward what truly looks and feels best and he did exactly that. Overall, the entire office was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and communicative. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. I highly recommend this place.

I did a walk-in to get my sunglasses fixed and Michael was very helpful. He was very professional, accommodating, and made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. 10/10 recommend!!

Such an amazing place to get your eyes checked. The customer service was fantastic. The connection between the customers and the staffs were so real.

I want to give a huge shout out to Alexis, Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff. Alexis was amazing in assisting with the best option for me financially on choosing my lenses. She was incredibly patient with all my questions, is kind and professional. Dr. Patel is also always amazing and thoroughly explains everything to me every time. She is very patient with all my questions as well and very professional. The remaining staff is just as wonderful! Everyone is so kind and helpful. I have been coming here since Dr. Charles and they made the switch so easy and have resumed my care since he’s been gone for the last few years. I am so grateful for everyone!

Technician wasn't friendly. Rest of the visit involved mostly a sales pitch for a non insurance covered procedure. Also the Keurig had mold in the water reservoir.
