Dr. Lam and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The office was clean, nice, and well organized. The whole visit was smooth and comfortable, and they made the experience very pleasant. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great eye care!
I went for my first comprehensive eye exam today after being a patient of another very large eye clinic for many years. I am so pleased and impressed with the quality and efficiency of this clinic, not to mention all the staff are very approachable. As a healthcare professional myself, I understand how it can be increasingly difficult to balance the demands of the business side of medicine with the person-directed side, but this clinic is doing it very well. I was able to get everything I needed and wanted done in 1 hour, 15 minutes - the same amount of work would have easily taken twice as long at my prior clinic. I also appreciated the opinions and assistance of the optical team when picking out new glasses frames, and the immediate warm greeting of the front desk team.

My father came here for an eye pressure test and was worried before the appointment. The doctor spoke calmly and answered every question patiently. We appreciated that nobody tried to rush him even though the clinic was busy during the evening hours.
