I had such a wonderful experience with Bolt Eye Group! I called ahead because I had lost a screw from a pair of glasses that I had purchased elsewhere. They told me to bring them in and said that if they had the right screw, they’d be happy to help. Thankfully, they had exactly what I needed and repaired my glasses in just a few minutes! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and happy to help. It’s rare to find a business that is willing to go out of their way for someone who isn’t even an existing customer, and that speaks volumes about the level of care they have for people. You can truly tell they value customer service and creating a great experience. I highly recommend Bolt Eye Group and will definitely keep them in mind for my future eye care needs. We cannot say enough good things! The whole staff, but Babs and Stephanie in particular helped my husband (and I as his caretaker, since he was legally blind going into care at their office) through some stressful days and decisions! From the calm and patient demeanor at appointments, to helping navigate insurance issues, to getting my husband set up for absolute success with lenses he was brand new to using, we are so thankful for all they have done for us! We will always have the best things to say about this team! We appreciate you all more than you know!

The best eye care provider ever, start with their reception, both Savannah and Dr. Jaymini Nayee were exceptionally helpful. Savannahs is very friendly and professional, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable to the extent of helping me pick my glasses frame. Above all that, their state of art equipment. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

After a difficult transition year I had a great experience at Bolt Eye Group! Stephanie understood last year was rough for the practice but was very nice and extremely helpful in making my appointment for contact lenses and glasses run smoothly. Happy to return for all my vision needs.

Updating my review from a few years ago. This group took over my old eye Doctor's practice. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the Staff and Doctors alleviated any fears I had. The Staff are all nice and willing to assist with whatever is needed to pick out glasses or contacts. Everyone is very friendly and will walk you through all of the tests. The Doctor reviewed all of my past records and gave me a thorough eye exam. We went through the results and compared them to past exams. I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all. I'll continue to use this practice for my eye exams. Highly recommended.
