This eye doctor did not help me with my infected eyelid. She said that she wanted for me to have three laser treatments that are not covered by insurance, of which an ophthalmologist told me would not help my issue. They also refused to send a referral to a local ophthalmologist that could help fix my issue. She would only send to her preferred clinics, which were all 40 mins plus from where I live.

I had such a wonderful experience at Classic Vision Care with Dr. Patel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Patel was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. She truly cared about making sure my prescription was perfect and that I was comfortable every step of the way. The whole office feels clean and organized. I left feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such a great eye doctor. Highly recommend Dr. Patel and her team!

I had a good experience with the doctor and the assistant. It went downhill when I started looking into buying lenses from the rep…. She told me I would need progressive lenses and the cost would be more than $900 using my own old frames!!! I told her this price was way too steep. She disappeared around the corner to talk to her manager and said they could give me a discount of $400. The next day I called first thing in the morning that I wanted to cancel the order (after I found out that this price was still outrageous). They said that the order already went through and I only would be refunded for 70%. Making the glasses takes up to 2 weeks so I feel very cheated by this place. I also think that selling glasses in the doctor’s office is not right… It is like having a pharmacy at your primary care physician!! Please be mindful of getting tricked into buying very overpriced glasses at this place!

They get 4 stars for the initial service and making you feel welcome. Reps super nice. The Dr. was thorough with her evaluation and options for eye care. Then... you get to the glasses selections and all that making you feel warm and fuzzy goes out the window when they hit you with the TOP TIER EVERYTHING. All of the selections are over priced and I'm going to be honest, when the rep said to me "so okay... with your "good" insurance and discounts you're looking at $1,700.... my ears shut off. I was like nope, let me stop you there. Granted East Cobb is a lavish area, but not everyone has a lavish wallet. There needs to be more affordable options. I'm disappointed that now I'll have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else and start over.

I’ve worn glasses for 35 years and I can say without a doubt, this is the best doctor I’ve ever met. She explained everything to me about my new need for progressive lenses and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. And the staff in the frame department had so many great choices waiting for me! Love this place!
