Dr Jose Gonclavas is great. I have a lot of confidence in him! However, the girl at the front who takes all the financial information is not friendly …that would be the only improvement I would suggest is to tell her to be nicer to patients.
Great experience, from start to finish. Love Dr. Gonzcalves he is the best. The young ladies who assisted me with finding a new pair of frames were awesome.
My experience with the eye exam was wonderful. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend their services.
