This is what I call perfect customer service. From the moment I walked in, every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. I never felt rushed, as they really took the time to make sure everything was right. Special thanks to Hannah (I hope I got her name right!), who spent nearly an hour helping me find the perfect frame. That level of patience and dedication is rare and truly appreciated. 10/10 service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The exam was thorough, and they made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. I highly recommend Eye Contact – Madison Isthmus for anyone looking for quality eye care.

I always have a great experience here and there glasses options are great. The staff are really great too and they are always so helpful and I am always able to find a new pair of glasses when I need new ones.

As someone who does not like her eyeballs to be touched, this eye exam was by far the easiest I’ve ever had! Dr. Beebe is the best!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is easy to make an appointment and change if necessary. The eye doctor spent time explaining all the findings.
