I recived a message in January that my son was due for new eye exam. By February i had received 2 messages informing me he was over due for his exam. I called February 5 2026 ti make the appointment. They informed me he wasnt due for the exam until march. I made an appointment for March 2 2026. When we arrived we were told that no appointment existed even though we had verification. They treated me like a lier even after showing them verification. The doctor hardly spoke to us didn't explain the changes to my son's prescription and when we went to pick his frames out 2 employees swarmed us pushing different frames on him and making suggestions that we never asked for. In all the experience was not welcoming was cold and callus and we were made to fell like they didnt want us in the office at all. We will never go back here and will never suggest anyone to use this place.

Honestly, I do not tolerate disrespect. And I honestly think it’s time for them to be an eye exam place specifically for children to go to he does not know how to handle children. He tried to tell me that my seven-year-old daughter could not read and that squinting is normal when doing a eye exam when the nurse obviously seen yeah I can see she is squinting some and having difficulty reading honestly, I think it’s time for him to hang up his coat and retire.

I had an excellent experience at this optometrist . The personnel were welcoming, professional, and ensured I felt at ease from the moment I entered. The physician was highly knowledgeable and dedicated time to clarify everything, addressing all of my inquiries without haste. The examination was comprehensive, and I felt assured in the treatment I received. The office was tidy, well-structured, and the appointment proceeded punctually. I would strongly recommend this eye doctor to anyone seeking outstanding eye care.

The doctor was nice and seemed competent. He did want to dilate my eyes and did not have any of the alternatives that are typically available. My main concern is with the glasses that I ordered. I ordered Blue light with anti-reflective lenses. The glasses I received did not have anti-reflective lenses and are visibly blue in color (instead of the typical light yellow tint). When I brought this up, I was told that I ordered them this way and that I would have to pay to order a new pair. I just wasted $400 on glasses that I can't wear. This was my first and last visit.

I visited this eye doctor without an appointment, needing my old glasses' lenses transferred to new frames. The Dr. saw me immediately, completed the task in under 5 minutes, and didn't charge me. Their kindness and efficiency were outstanding. I highly recommend this place for exceptional customer service.
