Eye Contact Madison - West

I purchased new glasses at Eye Contact back in 2022. Got the high end Silhouette frames and like them a lot. I am hard on my glasses though and each time I have bent the frames, Eye Contact was able to straighten them out at no charge. Recently, though, I broke the part of the right temple that attaches to the lens and was told that a new temple piece would cost around $135. I commented that was rather expensive for such a small part. They said come on in and we will see if we can fix the frame with spare parts they have on hand from old damaged Silhouette frames they have saved over the years. Well, Eye Contact was able to fix my glasses with the exact frame part, even the same color! I went home with my glasses looking brand new again and they didn't charge me anything for the replacement part or labor to repair my glasses. That is great service!

Eye Contact is a great clinic. Scheduling online is very easy and appointments were available. The eye appointment was flawless. The process was quick and understandable. Insurance was confirmed before the appointment. The medical staff were so friendly and welcoming! Can’t wait for my husband to check out the clinic!

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Beebe, she was friendly, approachable and did a great job taking my prior history into account when making recommendations about my contact lens and glasses prescription. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an optometrist. My only "ding" against Eye Contact would be to note that their glasses rx does not include PD and that is an additional $25 charge. My prior provider provided this free of charge and this was not offered to me during my exam so if I need this for my new glasses, I have to go back to get the measurement done.

Excellent service . KIM, The employee who helped me was excellent and showed me many many styles of glasses too bad she is retiring tomorrow May 29 after several years of service she knows her business she will be really missed. Everyone at Eye Contact was so friendly and helpful. I have neglected going to the eye doctor in recent years, and they made my visit a very pleasant experience. Dr. Beebe was wonderful, and took care of all my questions and needs.
