We love the doctor! He’s always efficient and quick. He’s funny and kind. We have been with the office for almost 4 years. My daughter is wearing othro K. The price and efficiency cannot be beat! We always come in immediately at our appointment time. Front office is also efficient. Highly recommend!!!
The best optometrist in the world. I travel from Michigan to get my eyes checked up. The competition is too complexed, slow, overpriced, and overstaffed. We have been seeing Dr. Kim for several years. Appointments are always on time, no waiting. Dr. Kim is friendly, listens and is happy to answer any questions. Staff is friendly and efficient.
This is my second year seeing Dr Kim. He is wonderful but I took one star off because the lady that was supposed to help me with my frame was not as helpful in picking the right frame for my face shape.
The front desk guy is really mean. I walked into the store and asked if we can get another pair of lenses. He just sat there as if he does not care. He literally said “what does that have to do with me?” I really do not like his attitude. He really needs to leave. Other than that the optometry is good.
