I made an appointment I want to say early February or march to see Alexandra Economos which was highly recommended by my wonderful primary doctor! I was given an appointment for June 16 crazy right .. however around 1 week from my appointment date I received a text message from Alex office advising me to call the office to reschedule my appointment because Alex basically wasn’t available on my scheduled appointment, So I waited almost 3 months for this appointment to be cancelled, When I called the office, I am told that her next available appointment is not until September 🤯what a waste of my precious time and poor scheduling! I don’t care how good a doctor proclaim to be, It is not OK to waste people’s time. Thank God, it wasn’t an urgent situation.

I've been coming to this location for years. I had a recent appointment this summer with a new PCP, which I do love. I've noticed, new staff throughout the facility. If I could give them one piece of advise from a patient, it's to be more professional. I've noticed that it's a bit lacking in that department.
I’ve been with Dr Thaw Poon for over 20 years, so Mercy gets 5 stars just for having him. I never have scheduling issues and the support staff is attentive. My only concern is the YELLING of patient names to see the doctor. There needs to be an electronic board notifying you it’s your turn. Newer facilities have the electronic board and it is so much more professional. It is my hope that Mercy will take my idea into consideration!!!
I really only come here because you can get everything done in one place. Once my original PCP left I should have changed facilities. It’s such a double standard here with wait times. If I’m late I have to reschedule, if the dr is behind I just wait. It seems very one sided to me and not in the interests of the patient. No empathy, no apology, no anything.
The physicians I see are fabulous. They explain everything so that you understand n listen to what you have to say. The staff's caring n very helpful. I've been going to MPP for over 20 years.
