The team at this location is the best. Dr. Nguyen provided excellent care during my comprehensive eye exam and made sure I got the correct prescription for both eyeglasses and contacts. The front desk manager was very helpful and thorough. She already had my insurance information pulled up beforehand and explained to me step-by-step what I could purchase and the associated costs. The store has a large selection of products and I was able to try on many pairs before choosing my new set of glasses. I will be going here for all my eye-related problems from now on.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Andrew and the entire team at the Ortho-K clinic. From my very first appointment, everyone was welcoming and took the time to explain the entire process, making me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Andrew is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure my Ortho-K lenses fit perfectly. The follow-up care has been excellent, and I always feel like I’m in good hands. Came here for my annual eye exam since I saw it was new in the neighborhood. The front desk staff was so friendly and explained to me everything my insurance covered, some of which I had not even realized, so was very helpful! Clean, beautiful facility with all brand new modern equipment. The doctor was very nice and explained everything is a way I could understand. Exam was quick and easy. When it was time to pick out my frames the person behind the counter was very patient with me trying on many frames. I was also very happy the emailed me my prescriptions right away without me asking, as some eye doctor offices, it is like pulling teeth trying to get your prescription, as they only want you to get glasses/contacts with them. My glasses were ready earlier than expected and they made sure they fit perfect and were to my liking. Will definitely be going here for my eye exam next year as well!

The eye doctor here is absolutely amazing!! Really took the time to help me and my nephew with a super thorough eye exam. We love our glasses and we’ll be coming back soon to start my nephew on ortho k! Definitely the best of Bayside 😊

Excellent experience! Dr. Nguyen was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire exam.
