Our experience with the optometrist at the Costco Optical Department was excellent from beginning to end. The doctor showed exceptional care, patience, and professionalism during the eye exams for my entire family, which include myself, my wife, and our four daughters. One of our daughters is diabetic, which requires special attention, including a thorough retinal exam, and we truly appreciated the extra care and attention given to her condition. The optical staff was also impeccable: kind, attentive, organized, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Both the eyeglasses and contact lenses turned out perfect for each member of our family, and everyone is extremely happy with the results. On top of that, the prices were fair and reasonable for the quality of care and products we received.
