Disappointing experience. I joined the queue via QR code and went to the counter when it was my turn. Every employee turned away from me when I tried to ask about it. Then, I received a text saying “thanks for visiting” like my turn was skipped without my name being called or being helped. I left after this- I found frames I really like so I guess I’ll try again a different day.

Optical Doctors and her staff wonderful pleasant experience. Ordering glasses same day very nice young lady great attitude. Calling today to order my contacts horrible customer service. Lady answer with attitude before I could even explain my situation. Proceeded to put me on hold to speak to physician or staff. After being on hold I decided to call back to get directed straight to physician. The young lady was so nice accommodating and pleasant. Unfortunately Iwill pay more than be treated like trash. Whom ever took my call should not be allowed to represent Costco.

Very slow system! Long waits, with no idea how long you have to wait. Realize one can’t predict how long customers will tame / need, but I hate going there. Worth it only because the have lower prices. When you get service it is usually very good service, however.

Costco is wonderful for so many reasons! We have had great experiences at out vision appointments. Unfortunately, my daughter went for her appointment and had the unfortunate luck of dealing with Kylee, the receptionist. She was incompetent, rude, snarky and would not take the time to look up my daughters insurance to verify the name. I am disappointed in Costco for allowing someone as rude and incompetent to be hired by the independent optometrist located in to your store. Take ownership and don't let this one rotten egg ruin your wonderful reputation Costco!! Get her out of there! And maybe we will be back.

Horrible queuing system with the QR code. Doesn't tell you which position you're in so the wait could be 5 mins or an hour (which in this case it was). The estimate time is inaccurate and doesn't work. Otherwise staff are friendly. Selection of glasses is limited, and you dont get to select many options for lenses. It is definitely one of the cheaper options with insurance. Recommend they stick to preset appointments like Costco tire to schedule ahead of time or show the queue position.
