I went in for an eye exam and he could not have been friendlier, he even recommended a cheaper alternative to the contacts I was using and gave me a free sample. I got the impression he was looking out for my best interest and he really cares about his patients. Super easy to communicate with and very helpful.
Professional, efficient, and welcoming. My experience with Rhett (sp?) was excellent. He took me through the different tests and explained things to me as we progressed. His honesty and candor were appreciated. My results are also already uploaded onto the portal.
Had a great experience with Dr. Stroupe at the new Costco optometry office today! He uses the latest technology and was very thorough in figuring out my new prescription. I especially appreciated that he created a mockup of my lenses and had me try them inside Costco to make sure the prescription worked in real-world settings, such a thoughtful touch! personable and clearly cares about getting it right. Highly recommend supporting this new small business!
Hard to find a doctor that actually cares about their patients these days. Experienced, kind, and goes above and beyond to provide you quality care. I’m never going to any other optometrist. Out of network, but I’d rather pay someone who is excellent at what they do.
