I went to Costco because my regular eye doctor was charging over $300 for a multifocal contact lens evaluation. Costco was over $100 cheaper for a the full eye exam and evaluation. Dr. Fliegelman was incredibly thorough in her examination and very detailed in explaining how multifocal contacts works. She gave me a pair to try out and scheduled me for a follow up. When those were not effective for me she gave me other lenses and had me try them out. It took a few weeks of trying out different lenses and follow ups but in the end I was able to find a pair of multifocal lenses that worked for me. Multifocal contacts can be hit or miss but the care and consideration Dr. Fliegelman showed allowed me find something that worked.

We went here to get out glasses and the ladies behind the counter were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly! we ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses at a fraction of the price it was to get them at a pearl vision or lens crafters! 10 out of 10 recommend going to a Costco or BJs to purchase glasses after your eye appt. much better experience and better quality glasses. we didn't experience the doc in this location but I did hear good things.

I had a highly concerning experience attempting to schedule an appointment with this office. On multiple occasions, my calls were either abruptly terminated while I was still speaking or repeatedly disconnected when I called back. This pattern of behavior occurred several times and cannot reasonably be considered accidental. Such conduct is not only unprofessional, but may also raise concerns regarding compliance with basic service standards and fair access to care. Consistently terminating a caller without providing assistance or explanation reflects a serious breakdown in communication practices and staff accountability. If this reflects how initial contact is handled, it raises legitimate concerns about how patients/clients are treated overall. I am documenting these incidents and strongly encourage management to review call logs and address this matter immediately. If unresolved, this type of conduct may warrant escalation through appropriate regulatory or consumer protection channels.

I scheduled my appt two weeks in advance since it was a Saturday. I showed up and it turns out it was not Dr Scaramia there but a substitute. It was my first time there. He didn’t introduce himself and was just going thru the tests. I had questions, he answered them but didn’t elaborate. Overall, he wasn’t rude but he was just going thru the motions. Like a robot. Gave me my prescription and sent me on my merry way. Thinking it was just me, I asked my husband what was his experience. He also had an appointment the same day. He said the Dr had a vibe of he didn’t wanna be there and since it wasn’t his practice, he didn’t seem to care. We shall see if we go again in the future… I was told glasses take 7-10 business days.
