My first appointment was last week. I had OD Patrick Henry. He was great, gave me great detail and didnt make me feel rushed. Somewhere along the line my trial pair of contacts were not ordered, so I am awaiting a call back to see what they do to rectify the issue. I will update my rating once there is a solution. Update- got 2 pairs of trials for the inconvenience. Updated my rating.

Disappointed. The selection of frames is pretty small. I went to get a new pair of glasses. I arrived and there was only one staff member at the counter helping someone, there were 2 or 3 other people already waiting as well. Another employee showed up a bit later. There is no way to sign in or take a number so people are helped in the order they arrive. I stood around for half an hour while everybody who arrived after me got help before me. I finally gave up and left. I guess if you have several hours to stand around hoping they pick you then go for it.

I love Dr Cooper for my eye Doctor and I have been very happy with the optical dispensing at Costco. Normally if you have any issues what so ever they will always correct! You just have to ask - even for the slightest or largest adjustment!

Been going here for years, and they are really great! The doctor is great, the employees behind the frames counters are awesome! I really appreciated my service today!
