Eye Doctor Inside Costco

I had a fantastic experience at Eye Care Prosper from start to finish. Dr. Trang and his receptionist were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. ​Dr. Trang was wonderful—thorough, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained my prescription clearly and made sure I was completely comfortable with the health of my eyes. If you are looking for an optometrist who genuinely cares about his patients and provides top-tier clinical care, look no further than Dr. Trang!

I had a great experience at my eye appointment. The receptionist was very kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to explain the process clearly, which helped me understand each step and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr Trang was also extremely friendly and professional. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made the entire appointment feel simple and stress-free. I never felt rushed and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Overall, the staff provided excellent customer service, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and professional eye care experience.

I do not recommend this clinic. The staff did not seem confident in examining children, and we ultimately had to visit another optometrist for a complete and accurate evaluation. They also pushed the eye imaging scan, which is not covered by most insurance plans. I specifically requested a standard dilated exam—something typically covered by insurance—but I still did not receive a proper eye exam. felt like newly graduate and having the clinic for the first time. There were several other issues during my visit, and overall the experience left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned. I wanted to share this feedback so others are aware.

Calm and relaxed. NOT RUSHED!! treated as if I was a family, not a new patient. Definitely will go back for my next eye exam as everything was explained step by step especially how the eye lenses would be clearer vs unfocused.

This was my first time visiting this office and I had a great experience! Dr. Trang and staff are all really nice. Plus, It’s easy to schedule an appointment online or in office. I highly recommend choosing Eye Care Prosper for your next eye exam.
