We have been getting our eye exams here for several years. Always excellent service and on-time appointments. Jessica has been buying her glasses here and we find them much more affordable than other places that we have been. They also offer modern eye picturing technology that helps better examine your entire eye, which is helpful for those of us with other health risks.

BUYER BEWARE! Worst experience ever. Took a long time messing with the machines. Never seemed right and I told them. They insisted they had it right and knew what it should be....a wildly different prescription. Unsurprisingly my trust in them resulted in unusable glasses. When I picked up my new glasses I told them how bad they were and they refused to do anything to make it right.
Appt at 11 15 told to be there 11 10 canceled by clinic at 11 01 and told id have to come back. Don't think you will be seeing me ever agai.
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Costco. Went to pick them up and couldn't see out of either pair. Costco sent me back to Clearview in Moscow which is where I got the prescription for my glasses in the first place. I had to wait a month to get into Clearview again and they discovered the prescription in the lenses was incorrect. If Costco had checked the prescription to begin with, it would have saved me from waiting a month to get into Clearview a second time, and saved me and the ophthalmologist our time having a second eye exam done. I was fortunate Clearview didn't charge me for a second eye exam. I was very disappointed with my experience of buying eye glasses from Costco. This was my first and last time.
The people here are very friendly. However, between the Optometrist ( the Dr who gave me the eye exam) and the Opticians (filling my eye prescription with glasses) I have not gotten eyeglasses that correct my vision so I can see clearly. I had to go back 2 more times after the initial eye exam to get my prescription correct. And it’s still not correct because the Dr just ended up using my old prescription from 2 years ago. He can’t figure out why I can’t see clearly. The optician people have also had trouble fitting the glasses to my head correctly. I think it’s just because the prescription is wrong. But at one point a worker used pliers to try to change the way one of the pair of glasses fit, and permanently damaged the frame. I have had 3 pair of glasses made and I still cannot see clearly. I don’t want to go back.
