Kody, Alicia, Angie & Georgianne are all so sweet. I’ve known them for years and they are all my favorite part of Walmart, hands down.. Always so friendly, helpful and cheerful. There is a lot to choose from. Always very clean. Well lit. Friendly fast customer service. Great prices. Highly recommend. 10/10
Visited the OPTICAL center at Walmart and received excellent service from Alicia. I was greeted warmly, and handled professionally. In a world that is often negative and expectedly against the consumer, meeting Alicia was a breath of fresh air. Nice to know people still care. Look for the positive and you will find it with these hidden gems in customer service.
I have been going to Walmart optical for years and always enjoy my experience! Even when they do not have a doctor, I get my eyes checked somewhere else and bring my prescription in to Walmart optical to have their amazing team help me. I always look for Kody when it's time to pick out my yearly frames. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Kody always helps me pick out the best frames, and even remembers the frames I purchased from previous years with out me wearing them at the time! I always enjoy the opinions and help from the other employees as well, Alisha, Georgianne, and Angie. Everyone is just so friendly! I can't recommend them enough!
Cody and …oh lord I forgot her name…but both associates were excellent! They were happy,smiling,and joyful to be around! My contacts and glasses were perfect. Truly enjoyed the experience with both the staff!!!
I have to say how much I adore Alicia! Having been a long-time Walmart shopper over the years I have come to rely on her for advice on everything optical related. From healthy eye care practices to my picky frame shopping antics to cleaning my lenses or adjusting my nose pads she is invaluable. She is always so positive and upbeat she is often the highlight of my visit to the store. 🤓
