This office is set back in a lovely little area! Love the girl at the front desk. She was super helpful with picking out frames and fitting them for our little one as well as her willingness to find other frame options and ordering them if they didn't currently have something in stock. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and is really good at explaining what is going on with your eyes. She spends the time necessary with you and doesn't make you feel rushed to move to the next patient. LOVE THIS OFFICE!!!

They are seemingly nice people but everything is just so complicated here. I asked for an itemized bill and they could not send one to my home address like every other one of my doctors. I asked for them to print out my case notes and even went to pick it up, they did not have it ready for pick up. I’ve only been here ONE TIME... ONCE, so it shouldn’t be so difficult to print out A piece of paper... ONE PIECE OF PAPER. It’s already inconvenient that they are only in Libertyville on Wednesdays. I had to jump through more hoops than normal to get my own records. Life literally cannot be this hard.
