Great family eye doctor! Dr. Yin is so kind and personable she makes everyone feel comfortable. Good location and stylish glasses selection. 3 Month Update: took the prescription Maui Jim sunglasses that Dr. Yin had made for me (in addition to my normal lenses) to Arizona and Hawaii and they were so amazing! Highly recommend getting sunglasses here as well! Worth every penny!
I highly recommend Forest Bluff Optometry! Dr Yin was very nice and fun. She made me feel welcome and she was very thorough with her explanations about eye health. I also want to give a big shoutout to Barbara. She is a wonderful optician. She tested my old glasses and found out that they were defective. She got me new lenses right away and my vision is so much better! I’m grateful that Dr Yin and Barbara took extra time to help me adjust my glasses. It has only been a week, but I can already see a huge difference after they helped me.
My daughter and I had an amazing experience today at Forest Bluff Optometry! The staff was excellent! Both Barb and Rachel were knowledgeable, patient and organized. Dr Yin was very thorough and gave my daughter a very detailed eye exam!! We are so happy to have found this fantastic office and will be recommending them to our friends and family!! My daughter can’t wait to pick up her new glasses!!!
Dr. Yin is amazing and definitely takes her time with your exam. I never feel rushed and she takes the time to fully explain everything that she is doing. I love the fact that she handles the entire exam and you are not being passed off to a technician. The office is warm and inviting and I love that they offer complementary coffee and drinks. It’s also easy to make your appointments on line and even reorder your contacts on line. My entire family goes here and we always feel welcomed.
My husband went to Forest Bluff Optometry and said he had the best eye exam. Dr. Yin explained and showed the results of each test.. He was very pleased with the glasses he purchased. It is a wonderful feeling when you can see better. Next, it was my turn. I was amazed at the results of my exam. She fully answered all of my concerns. I feel confident in passing my eye exam/ at the Illinois Drivers facility . Also, I loved the selection of glasses.
