I had a wonderful experience at Optical Outlet! I would like to especially recognize Ms. Jessenya for her outstanding customer service. She was very kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Maritza Grey for her excellent care. She was very professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made me feel. Thank you both for providing such exceptional service. I highly recommend this location!

Receptionist did not greet us or welcomed us when we walked. They greeted the people that came in after us and were able to help them. Did not offer to help us out or ask us for the reason we are visiting. When I noticed they were helping out people that came in after us they told me I had to wait for an associate to be available. But when a Caucasian couple came in they greeted them and asked them how they could help out. They attended and helped them out right away, mean while I’m sitting there waiting and watching this as it happens. Absolutely rude . We are Latinos and if This is how they want to treat us we will be taking our business somewhere else

This place is a joke. I came in this morning to have my appointment and they told me that they did not take my insurance and that if I stayed, it would be $69. There was also another fee of $39 to check for any type of Diseases which I would've thought that was included in the visit but OK I paid it. When I got done after being there for an hour and 15 minutes They wanted to charge me $270 because they said that the contacts exam costed more which I was not told that, and that was the main reason why I was there to begin with. If i had of known this i would have left and made an appointment somewhere else to get everything done together. So I paid for the glasses exam, and they literally made me take out the contacts out of my eyes before I walked out the door. This place Is unbelievable, like what are they going to do with those contacts? I guess they are gonna sell them to the next customer? I mean who really knows. You would have thought that because of their mistake they would have had at least some kind of considerateness. I won't be back and I will definitely will tell everyone about what just happened to me.

Does a fantastic job with special needs I bring our group home special needs clients in and this location is fantastic from the doctor to all the staff Ebony is wonderful with our guys knowledgeable and patient. Yadhira always is so pleasant and helpful. The doctor is super patient with our clients and kind. I can’t say enough good things about this location :)

Customer service sucks. Receptionist isn’t doing her job and is just on her phone. They attended 3 people before I finally said something about it. Had some people come in for a pickup and we were in for the same reason. We will definitely be taking our business somewhere else.
