This facility was so professional. I'm impressed. It's a bit of an assembly line but super efficient and relatively expedient. Everyone was friendly and kind and I felt heard. I was never rushed. Dr Dino is really great. He listened intently to my story and diagnosed my issues, explained the treatment plan thoroughly and made plans for the next visit. He is very competent and put me at ease right away. I don't live here.I am just visiting, but I am definitely gonna come back here for my follow-up visits and future treatments.

Dr. Chen and the entire staff were wonderful. My son has sensory sensitivities, and they knew exactly how to approach his testing in a way that made him feel comfortable and at ease. They were also able to identify allergies as a possible cause of his blurry vision, and we are so appreciative to have a potential solution. We are very grateful for the thoughtful and compassionate care he received.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dino. As someone who experiences a great deal of anxiety when it comes to doctor visits, I am usually very nervous before appointments. However, Dr. Dino has a way of making the entire experience feel like a walk in the park. He is incredibly caring, empathetic, and understanding. From the moment he walks into the room, he takes the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure that you feel comfortable and heard. His patience and genuine concern for his patients truly set him apart. What I appreciate most is that he never makes me feel rushed. He explains everything thoroughly and with compassion, which helps ease my anxiety and gives me confidence in my care. It’s clear that he not only values his patients’ health but also their peace of mind. I am so grateful that I was referred to Dr. Dino. Finding a physician who combines exceptional medical care with such kindness and understanding is rare. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate doctor. He is truly outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My initial impression was positive. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. The tech was positively wonderful. She was patient, fun, and kind to both me and my son. Unfortunately, our experience changed with the elderly woman who took my son back after his dilation. The elderly woman was curt and impatient. By the time we saw Dr. Chen, we'd been in the office for nearly an hour, and my son was antsy. Immediately upon entering the room, Dr. Chen barked at my son to put his iPad down, despite the fact that I was already addressing it (she had been in the room about 30 seconds). My perception is that Dr. Chen is capable, but too abrasive and unkind to deal with young children. There was little about the doctor's behavior that exhibited expertise interacting with children. The physician told my son not to touch the dials 3 times. When my son touched (not played with, not mishandled but touched) the apparatus that went over his eyes again, Dr. Chen snapped, "I'm not going to tell you again!" That was the moment I felt compelled to intervene and asked her to stop scolding my son. I then gave him something to hold in his little hands, and he was fine after that. I saw no special care practiced by the doctor in dealing with young children - especially those who need extra guidance or may be neurodivergent.
Everyone at this office has been very friendly, welcoming and helpful. All the staff’s are very friendly, kind and knowledgeable about their work. They answer any questions that you may have. The office is very welcoming. I will refer my friends and family members to go there.
