Dr. Speight and his team are great! Good and fair pricing, timely appointments and everyone is friendly. I think Dr. Speight may be one of my favorite optometrists I’ve ever had. He is kind, attentive, and good at explaining things to patients.
I have been going to Sam’s Club Optical Department for over 15 years. For the past several years the Brandon Fl location had changed to 20/20Now Telehealth with no Optometrist on-site. The customer service has drastically declined. I was so happy to find out that the Riverview Sam’s Club hired an outstanding, professional ON-SITE Optometrist, Dr. Devin Speight. Dr. Speight is dedicated to his patients individual needs. He is so friendly and attentive and provided the most outstanding patient care. Sam’s Club Optical in Riverview will always have my business with this outstanding on-site Optometrist.
Great customer experience with Dr. Speight. Don't let his youth fool you. He's very knowledgeable, talented and very empathic. He's approach to practice was a trip to memory lane when doctors had their patients needs first before monetary and profit gains as most of them are today unfortunately. He asked all the questions, took the time to listen and made all necessary tests to cover all requirements for my annual eye check up. This doctor works mostly at Sam's Club in Riverview, but practices in other places too. When you think in Sam's Club, first thing comes to mind is groceries but there's way more than that. The staff was very helpful and the prices for prescription glasses very affordable. Full eye exam $70 and price varies for glasses which start at $59. There's discount for Sam's Club members. Many places have fancy advertisements for eye check ups and prescription glasses but most of the times you might end up paying double or triple. If you're looking for an eye exam, try Sam's Club Riverview and look for Dr. Speight. You won't be disappointed.
