I am so glad I decided to go Optics SOHO for my eye exam this year. The doctor was great. Also, both Brittany & Eric gave me excellent customer service. I have two new pairs of glasses that I love and I can see better than ever before!
Our whole family have gone to Optics SoHo for many years. The doctor and staff are always friendly, caring, and kind. They have many choices of frames for rx glasses. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!
Some staff members were unprofessional and also rude. We were not greeted when we walked in or out. My son purchased Gucci frames and lenses. When he went to pick them up she handed him Gucci frames inside of a Nike case no cloth to wipe or anything. That’s not cool after spending over $800.00. The female Dr was Great! The two in the front both the man and woman were both rude and disrespectful. I will never return !
My experience has been amazing since I walked in the door. The doctor was on point and Brittany was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I would recommend this office 100%. Customer service is 100% Amazing staff
It was an easy and seamless eye exam. The staff are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time taken by the physician in answering any questions I had. This is our family’s go-to optometrist from now on!
