I cannot recommend them enough! I brought my 8-year-old daughter in after she didn’t pass her routine eye screening at the doctor’s office, and with school starting soon, I was hoping to get her seen quickly. They were able to see us the very next day! The staff is unbelievably spunky, kind, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. This was my daughter’s first full eye exam, and they were absolutely wonderful with her. They explained everything along the way and treated her with so much care and kindness. They met her right where she was in her nervousness—without judgment, without rushing her, and with so much patience. Once we received her prescription, I also really appreciated that there was zero pressure to purchase unnecessary extras. They simply explained our options, answered my questions, and allowed me to make the choices that were best for my daughter. From beginning to end, we had such a positive experience. HIGHLY recommend, especially for families bringing in a child for their first eye exam!

Dr.Cathrine Farah and her staff are outstanding!! Dawson the assistant was very helpful and kind getting my screenings done beforehand. Dr.Farah is always very professional but very personable!! I highly recommend this practice

I scheduled appointments for myself and my three children, and confirmed everything ahead of time. When we arrived, they told us they would only see two out of the four of us, which made no sense given that the appointments were already set. Because of this, I didn’t even get to be seen at all. I had rearranged my entire schedule to make sure all of us could be there together, and there was no effort on their part to accommodate what had been agreed upon. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service. I will not be returning.

This office is really nice. The staff is friendly, the doctors are incredibly kind and helpful. They listen and help you find what actually works, not just rushing you out the door. I like how clean everything is, and the frames they keep in stock are better that what most places have. It feels like they care.

Love everything about my appointment. The workers were very attentive and cater to your needs.
