I have been waiting over 30mins James is to busy texting and making small talk the other 2 Spanish assistants are hanging with each other as u can see the place was busy the service and the way the deal with customers is atrocious this is my second time at this location and I definitely will not be returning to treat your patients like this is ridiculous and need to be looked into
Yanitza was amazing! She helped both of my girls fit contacts for the first time. She was so fun and patient with them. They were laughing and having a great time. She took all the stress and worry away for them! Highly recommend coming to see her. Everyone in the office was so kind.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carlissa made my initial exam very comfortable. Dr. Handy was very thorough with my eye exam and explained everything clearly. Courtney and Luce were such a great help in selecting and ordering my glasses. The whole visit was such a positive experience. I can’t wait to get my glasses!
I had such a wonderful experience at the Brandon Optical Outlets on Bloomingdale last week. From the moment I walked in, the reception team was welcoming and kind. The doctor Natasha Handy was exceptional… She took her time and explained every step of the exam. As someone who is diabetic, I really appreciated how thorough she was and how clearly she explained what I need to do to keep my vision in good shape. I never felt rushed. Courtney, the manager, was just as amazing. She was patient, helpful, and went the extra mile by calling other locations to find the exact frames I wanted. That level of service really stood out. I left feeling well taken care of, and the whole experience made my day. This is how customer service should be everywhere.
Disrespectful doctor and staff! They dont care about their patients well being but to leave as soon as their patients runs late for their appointment. No one answers the phone when you want to report an accident on the road is making you wrong late to tell you once you arrived that the doctor (mind you she’s seating in her office) said she only waits 10mins pass the appointment. Do yourself a favor and find someone that cares about you and your family.
